Mark Tommasi

Mr. Tommasi, a former investment advisor, has served as a senior officer, director and financier of numerous public and private companies both in the United States and Canada. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, finance, board and committee activities and marketing. He specializes in attracting the components necessary to help young companies get to the next level.

Peter G. Wilson

During the past 20 years, Mr. Wilson led the management of several public companies through his private investment firm which is based in Vancouver, Canada. His experience spans a wide range of property negotiations, but primarily the financings of companies in the mining, energy and real estate industries. His business experience includes international assignments in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Switzerland and Norway.
During April 2007 through October 2009, Mr. Wilson was the President and Director of Hana Mining Ltd., a publicly TSX-V listed exploration company seeking to develop a major copper-silver resource in Botswana, Africa. As the lead financier, Mr. Wilson raised more than CDN $12 million which lead to the current and expanding discovery of more than 3 billion pounds of copper and 52 million ounces of silver.

John Roozendaal

John Roozendaal has a BSc in Geology and 19 years experience in the mining industry. John is founder and President of VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS.V) and Harvest Gold Corp. (HVG.V) Ventures focused on the development of base and precious metals projects in Canada and the USA. Mr. Roozendall has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private, public and governmental boards of directors.

Geoff Watson

For the past 30 years, Geoff Watson has been involved in various aspects of the securities industry, including 22 years in the brokerage community, during which time he was involved with retail and institutional client management, and the financing of numerous public companies. Mr. Watson has most recently been involved in the corporate communication and development of North American public companies.

Kieran Downes Ph.D.,P.Geo

Mr. Downes has over 40 years diversified international experience in uranium, base metals, gold and diamond exploration, and is Registered Professional Geologist in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. He has extensive uranium exploration experience in the Athabasca Basin and was an exploration manager with Cameco Corporation, from 1988 to 1992. He also directed the acquisition and exploration of Signet Minerals Inc.’s uranium projects in the Yukon (2005 – 2007) prior to its acquisition by Cash Minerals Inc. His public market experience includes having served as the president of several junior mining companies, and having been involved in the establishment, sale and management of a number of others.

Paul Gray

Paul D. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Dalhousie University and is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Gray has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the Mineral Exploration Industry in Canada, the United States, Asia and Central and South America for the past 14 years, concentrating on uranium, base and precious metals exploration and development. In specific, Mr. Gray has worked in the uranium exploration space since 2007 focused on uranium production in the Colorado Plateau district, and exploration within the Athabasca Basin and in South America. Additionally, Mr. Gray served as President and COO of Doublestar Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by Selkirk Metals Corp. in July of 2007. Currently the principal of Paul D. Gray Geological Consultants, he sits on the Boards of Argusm Metals Corp., Blue River Resources, GeoNovus Mineral Inc., and Tajiri Resources Corp.
