ZADAR ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC-(January 15, 2017) - Zadar Ventures Ltd. (“Zadar” or the “Company”) announces that it has completed its previously-announced shares for debt settlement with a creditor which has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. An aggregate of $105,368 in debt was extinguished through the issuance of an aggregate of 1,317,100 common shares of the Company at an issue price of $0.08 per common share.
